Band recording studio in Warrington

Recording a band means managing spill, keeping headphone mixes tight so the groove stays honest, and capturing drums and amps without the room turning to mud. Our space suits tight ensembles who are happy tracking with headphones, whether you cut everything together or build parts up in layers. Dry hire is £15/hr and engineer sessions are £30/hr.

What the room does well

Rhythm-section tracking, punk and indie bands who are comfortable with some isolation, and songwriting sessions where you want to commit arrangements before booking longer studio days. It is a practical, cost-effective way to get releasable takes down.

Planning your load-in and layout

Let us know your amp count, any hardware synths, and your drum shell sizes when you book so we can plan a safe, sensible floor layout. Free on-site parking makes carrying gear in and out far easier.

Mixing hire types across a project

Some bands track drums elsewhere and finish overdubs here to keep costs down. Others book long dry-hire days to work on arrangements, then add engineer time only for the keeper takes. Both approaches work well.

Handing off to mix

We print stems after each block with consistent file names, so whoever mixes the record, in-house or external, can open the session cleanly. See the mixing and mastering page when you are ready for that stage.
