Non-negotiable. Read before booking.
These rules keep the room safe, clean, and fair for everyone who books. Breaking them ends the session with no refund. They apply to every booking, whether you are on dry hire or with an engineer.
Read them before you pay. If anything is unclear, ask on the contact page or when you book. Agreeing at checkout means you accept them in full.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on premises.
Sessions must be booked and paid before entry.
24/7 CCTV and security monitoring active.
Clean up after yourself. Leave the space as you found it.
Electricity off when leaving. Check all switches.
Doors locked on exit. Confirm before leaving.
Up to 5 people per session.
Late arrival equals lost time. No extensions.
Why these matter
The studio is in a shared building with neighbours on site. Noise and cleanliness affect everyone who books after you. CCTV is for security only and is not used to judge your performance.
Payment before entry keeps the calendar fair. Unpaid holds block other artists from booking the same slot. If you need to reschedule, do it with at least 48 hours notice as set out in our terms.
Guest limits keep headphone mixes and floor space manageable. Extra people need written approval before the session. If you are unsure whether your setup fits, ask when you book.
