- What timezone are booking times in?
- GMT (UK). The calendar updates as the day rolls over.
- What is dry hire?
- You rent the room and gear without an engineer. You run the session in your DAW. See our dry hire page for what is included.
- Do you offer engineer services?
- Yes. Book with an engineer or dry hire the room. Engineer sessions from £30/hr.
- What's the minimum booking time?
- 2 hours minimum. You can book longer, including overnight when slots are available.
- When do I pay?
- Full payment at booking. No unpaid reservations.
- Can I cancel or reschedule?
- 48 hours notice required. See our Terms for full policy.
- What equipment is included?
- Monitors, interface, mics, headphones, and stands. Bring your own laptop. Full list on dry hire and equipment pages.
- Can we rehearse as a full band with drums and PA?
- No. We are a vocal and production studio, not a rehearsal warehouse. We do not provide a drum kit, backline, or PA. Sessions suit solo artists, producers, podcasters, and small overdub setups.
- Can I bring guests?
- Up to 5 people per session. See Rules & Standards.
- What if I'm running late?
- Your slot starts at the booked time. Late arrival does not extend the session.
- Can I get tracks mixed or mastered here?
- Yes. Mixing £60/song, mastering £40/song, album bundle £300. See the pricing page for details.
- What should I bring?
- Your laptop, session files, and a USB for backups. See before your session for a full checklist.
- Is there parking?
- Free on-site parking. Details in your confirmation.
- Is there a toilet on site?
- Yes, in Evans House during your session.
