Dry hire
For producers, engineers, and self sufficient artists running their own session.
What to bring
- Laptop with your DAW (Logic, Ableton, Pro Tools, etc.). We do not provide one.
- Session files: stems, rough mixes, or project files ready to load.
- Headphones (optional). Monitors and cans are in the room.
- USB drive for backing up recordings at the end.
Prep tips
- Bounce stems so you are not hunting for sounds in session.
- Label files clearly (Vocal_01, Guitar_DI).
- Rough mix helps you know where everything sits.
- Arrive on time. Session starts at booked time. Late means lost time.
Artists
For vocalists, rappers, and singers coming to record.
What to bring
- Lyrics printed or on your phone, finished and ready.
- Beat or backing track as WAV or MP3 on USB or phone.
- Reference tracks if you want a specific vibe or mix style.
- USB drive for taking stems home.

When you arrive
Head to Evans House, Unit HL1, Norman St, Warrington, WA2 7HW. Free parking on site. Toilet access in the building during your session.
Use the door codes from your access email. Evans House is monitored 24/7 by CCTV and Sentry Security onsite. Lock all doors when you leave and switch off power at the end of your session.
Bring your own laptop for dry hire. If you booked with an engineer, they handle setup. For dry hire, the room is ready: plug in and go.
