Booking & Payment
All bookings require full payment at time of booking. No unpaid reservations. Minimum booking is 2 hours. Payment confirms your session slot and signals acceptance of these terms alongside published studio rules.
Where invoices split deposits for bespoke block contracts, schedules appear in writing before calendar holds lock, matching WhatsApp confirmations or emailed scopes referencing hourly maths agreed during enquiry.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start time receive no refund. Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice and is subject to availability. Late arrivals result in lost time with no extension or refund because resale windows rarely refill inside single-digit notice windows across Cheshire musicians juggling shift patterns.
Genuine emergencies occasionally justify discretionary shifts outside strict policy—document them promptly via the same booking channel so audit trails stay coherent when calendars reconcile after busy weekends.
Studio Use
You are responsible for the studio during your booking. Damage to equipment or premises will be charged at replacement cost. Clean up after yourself. Electricity must be switched off when leaving because standby loads accumulate silently across midnight sessions booked back-to-back by unrelated artists sharing breaker panels.
Guests attending purely as observers still fall under headcount limits protecting headphone amplifier loads and evacuation clarity—capacity math assumes five humans maximum unless explicitly waived in writing for supervised minors accompanied by guardians.
Rules Violation
Violation of studio rules results in immediate termination of session with no refund. This includes smoking, unapproved guests, or any behavior that compromises the space or other users.
Repeat misconduct jeopardises future bookings regardless of payment history because insurer questionnaires track documented incidents alongside CCTV retention policies referenced separately inside privacy documentation.
