Booking & payment

Full payment is required when you book. No unpaid holds. Minimum booking is 2 hours. Payment confirms your slot and means you accept these terms and our studio rules.

For bespoke block bookings, any deposit schedule will be agreed in writing before the calendar is held.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours, no refund. Late arrival does not extend your slot.

We may use discretion for genuine emergencies. Contact us through the same channel you used to book.

Studio use

You are responsible for the room and equipment during your booking. Damage is charged at replacement cost. Switch off electricity when you leave. Guest limit is 5 people unless agreed in writing.

Rules violation

Breaking studio rules ends the session immediately with no refund. This includes smoking, unapproved guests, or behaviour that puts the space or others at risk. Repeat issues may affect future bookings.

Liability

You use the studio at your own risk. We are not liable for loss of data, personal injury from misuse of equipment, or items left on site. Keep valuables with you and back up projects before you leave.
